Be careful not to damage the hood and body.

Removing or installing the hood requires an assistant.
|

After loosening the hood hinge (A) mounting bolts, remove the hood assembly
(B).
Tightening torque :
18.6 - 25.5 N.m (1.9 - 2.6 kgf.m, 13.7 - 18.8 lb-ft)

To install, reverse removal procedure.

Make sure the hood locks / unlocks and opens / closes
properly.
|

Adjust the hood alignment.

After loosening the hinge (A) mounting bolt, adjust the hood (B) by
moving it up and down or from side to side and tighten the bolt...

Using a clip remover, remove the clips and then the hood insulator pad
(A).

Be careful not to scratch the hood panel...

Remove the tailgate trim.

Remove the anti-pinch strip sensor connector (A)...
Cabin air filter
[A] : Outside air, [B] : Recirculated air
[C] : Climate control air filter, [D] : Blower
[E] : Evaporator core, [F] : Heater core

through the heating and air conditioning
