Replacement

•	Wear gloves to protect hands from injury.

•	Take care not to scratch the body surface.

1.	Open the fuel filler cap and urea cap (A).

2.	Remove the luggage side trim. (Refer to interior trim - "Luggage Side Trim")

3.	Separate the fuel filler door actuator connector (A) and remove the fuel filler door cable rod (B).

4.	Remove the fuel filler door cable (A).

5.	Remove the fuel filler door assembly (A).

To install, reverse removal procedure.

•	Make sure the fuel filler door locks and opens properly and locks securely.
