Repair procedures

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

2. |
Remove the tailgate trim.
(Refer to Body - "Tailgate Trim")

3. |
Disconnect the power tailgate latch and PCU connector (A).
|
4. |
Remove the power tailgate latch and PCU (A) assembly after loosening
moungting nuts & bolts.
|
1. |
Install the power tailgate latch & PCU assembly.
|
2. |
Install the tailgate trim.
|
3. |
Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.

according to the Maintenance

chapter.
